  • Contains a tannin-inhibitor which improves the digestion of bushes, which contain high levels of tannins
  • Especially suitable for ruminants who eat leaves and bushes
  • Improves the digestion of natural dry grazing by stimulating the growth and functioning of the rumen micro-organisms and consequently also increasing grazing intake
  • Can be fed to cattle and sheep
  • Suitable for game who can use urea (ruminant game species)
  • Also available in concentrate form
  • Suitable for use in Namibia

Recommended intake

  •  No further mixing is needed
  • Always feed in conjunction with sufficient hay or roughage
  • Feed 600 g – 1000 g per day to cattle and 100 g – 200 g to small stock

Warning: This feed contains NPN (urea) and must be fed strictly according to the instructions. This lick is a supplement and not a complete feed, thus sufficient grazing and roughages should be available. Keep food troughs full, a constant daily intake will prevent over eating and urea poisoning. Before feeding an NPN-containing lick, first give a salt-phosphate lick for 7 days. Vitamin activity decreases with time. Consult the manufacturer or a nutritionist.
